Tour a Holt Home and submit a purchase agreement October 14-20 and you will get free appliances with your home. Offer is only valid for homes that go under contract by October 20th and close by November 30th, 2024.

This limited-time offer is valid for contracts written between October 14-20, 2024. Eligible buyers can receive up to $25,000 for detached homes or $15,000 for attached homes in credit and free appliances with their home purchase. To qualify for the credit, buyers must use Holt's in-house lender, CLM Mortgage, and a minimum loan amount of $300,000 is required. Please note that this credit cannot be applied as a price reduction on any home, and buyers using outside lenders are not eligible for this credit. Free appliances are included with eligible home purchases. All incentives, including the credit and free appliances, are contingent upon; mutual acceptance occurring before noon PST on 10.21.24 and the home closing on or before December 20, 2024. Holt Homes reserves the right to modify or cancel these incentives and promotions anytime at their sole discretion.
